Official Rules

​

This giveaway is being operated by The Dental Lounge, located at 2761 NC Hwy 210 E, Ste C, Hampstead, NC 28443. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram, nor any brands or manufacturers of any prizes.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are over 18 years of age. Employees, officers, and directors of The Dental Lounge and their immediate family members are not eligible for entry.

Each weekly giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST Sunday and ends at 11:59 PM EST the following Saturday. Weekly giveaways will continue until the grand opening date is announced. The first weekly giveaway will begin on 1/4/26.

The Giveaway consists of one (1) weekly drawing for a $200 gift certificate to The Dental Lounge. Each winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the weekly entry period. Odds of winning depend solely upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners may continue to enter and win weekly for the duration of the sweepstakes..

Gift certificates are transferable and can be freely given by winners to other individuals without notifying The Dental Lounge.

​

Eligible individuals may enter the giveaway according to the following, for a total of thirty (30) possible entries per weekly drawing period:

• Liking the official weekly giveaway post on Facebook – one (1) possible entry

• Commenting on the official weekly giveaway post on Facebook – one (1) entry per day

• Tagging someone on the official weekly giveaway post on Facebook – one (1) entry per day

• Liking the official weekly giveaway post on Instagram – one (1) possible entry

• Commenting on the official weekly giveaway post on Instagram – one (1) entry per day

• Tagging someone on the official weekly giveaway post on Instagram – one (1) entry per day

 

Entries are not cumulative and entries do not carry over to the next weeks’ drawings.

One (1) drawing will be held on the Sunday following the close of the entry period (the first drawing on 1/11/26) at approximately 12:00 PM EST, and winners will be announced via social media. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend solely upon the number of eligible entries received.

The number of weeks the contest will run will depend on the final Grand Opening date for The Dental Lounge. The final weekly drawing will be announced as such at least one (1) week prior to the end of the contest.

Winners will be notified via the social media platform from which they entered (Facebook or Instagram) through a public post on on The Dental Lounge’s pages, as well as direct message if allowed by the winners’ privacy settings. Prizes will be mailed to winners, and each winner must be willing to provide a mailing address for receipt. Prizes will be mailed out within one (1) week of winner providing their mailing address.

Terms and Conditions

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The Dental Lounge and its employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.

 

Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

 

Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the The Dental Lounge website. To read the Privacy Policy, click here. We reserve the right to share your social media handle when announcing winners publicly. Additionally, your first name, last initial, and city/state of residence will be included on the official winners list.

 

Winners List: A list of prizes and winners can be requested by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, along with a written request, to the administrator address listed below.
