Services
The Dental Lounge offers guests restorative, preventative, and cosmetic dental services. Additionally, we assist patients with TMJ dysfunction, as well as dental sleep medicine and oral appliances. We also have a referral network of specialists we work closely with who handle difficult root canals, implant placements, wisdom tooth extractions, and other complex procedures best managed by an expert.

Preventative Care
Dental preventative care includes coming in twice a year for an examination, oral cancer screening, periodontal exam, necessary x-rays, and your cleaning. Some patients require a "deep cleaning" (scaling and root planing), which also falls into this category. We will also look at any dentures, partial dentures, or nightguard that you wear.

Restorative Dentistry
Restorative dentistry means we are restoring your oral health, function, and appearance. This includes fillings, crowns, bridges, partial dentures, and complete dentures. It can also include extracting teeth as part of your treatment plan. Restorative dentistry will typically be treatment planned based on findings at your dental exam.

Cosmetic Dentistry
Cosmetic dentistry refers to procedures that improve the appearance of your smile when no disease is present. This could include whitening treatment, clear aligner therapy, bonding, and veneers. There can often be overlap between restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Emergency Services
Dental emergencies can include abscessed and broken teeth, trauma due to an accident, and anything else that causes an immediate problem. Whether it's an antibiotic or an extraction, the goal of emergency dental treatment is to get you out of pain and solve the pressing issue as soon as possible.

TMJ/TMD Services
There are many factors that can lead to problems with the TMJ. Whether you are having pain or simply wondering why your jaw clicks, we will work together to determine what is happening in the joint and what to do about it. We never just throw a nightguard at a problem and call it good. TMJ issues are incredibly complex, and we will take the time to understand your symptoms to create a plan to resolve them.

Dental Sleep Medicine
We cannot diagnose sleep apnea at The Dental Lounge, but there is a good chance we can look in your mouth, ask a few questions, and suspect whether you have it or not. We screen every patient for signs of sleep-related breathing disorders and work with physicians to get you properly diagnosed and treated. We may even be able to fabricate an oral appliance if recommended by your physician.
